Whittall quick in weekend visits to Port and BAPS; Williams Grove Speedway’s Morgan Cup to highlight coming agenda

VINCENTOWN, N.J. (May 4, 2026) - Justin Whittall put up big numbers in his recent stretch of competition, not only battling for back-to-back top-tens in weekend starts at Port Royal Speedway and BAPS Motor Speedway, but the New Jersey ace recorded a podium in the process - finishing second at the Port Royal “Speed Palace” on Saturday, May 2.
Whittall, the most recent Port Royal Speedway Track Champion, earned his runner-up score in his season debut for Curt Michael and Heffer Racing Enterprises South. Impressive enough, Whittall’s run to second nearly resulted in victory, leading a portion of the main event before losing command to eventual winner, Brock Zearfoss, with four circuits remaining.
Heffner Racing Enterprises South’s second consecutive top-ten occurred at BAPS Motor Speedway on Sunday, May 3, this time with Whittall climbing ahead from 11th to finish ninth. With all results considered, the “Garden State” wheelman now owns five top-tens on the year, two within the top-five.
“Grateful to get another opportunity to drive for Curt Michael. We seem to mold well together and our results show…quick right out of the box,” Whittall expressed. “We felt so good at Port Royal. I thought we had that one in the bag. Brock was better than us, but losing a w-link on lap one didn’t help our cause. We’ll give it another go soon.”

Justin Whittall will continue his 2026 season with the World of Outlaws HVAC Distributors Morgan Cup at Williams Grove Speedway in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, on Friday and Saturday, May 8-9.
