Madsen and Vermeer Motorsports to continue May slate with Eldora’s #LetsRaceTwo

MIFFLINTOWN, Pa. (May 11, 2026) - Although the Interstate Batteries High Limit Racing schedule is on break until their visit to Grandview Speedway on Tuesday, May 19, “The Madman” Kerry Madsen and Vermeer Motorsports will keep their May slate going, ready to tackle the highbanks of Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio, on Friday and Saturday, May 15-16.
Madsen, a recent High Limit Racing winner who is currently fifth in the Series title chase, will roll into Eldora’s #LetsRaceTwo doubleheader fresh off of a visit to Kokomo Speedway in Kokomo, Indiana, on Saturday, May 9. Despite a tough outing at the Indiana bullring, forced to utilize a provisional starting position before being scored 16th in the evening’s 40-lap A-Main, the Iowa wheelman via Australia is as eager as ever to continue, ready to hit the “reset button” with a busy, as well as rich, month ahead.
“Overall, just a tough night at Kokomo…really tough to find some rhythm and keep our nose clean,” Madsen, the driver of Tony Vermeer’s TK Concrete, Maxim Trucking & Materials, Logan Contractors, No. 55 sprinter, said. “We’ll get some work done this week and head into Eldora with our heads up and ready to win. That’s all we can do after a tough weekend.”
Certainly no stranger to Eldora Speedway, Madsen is a former Kings Royal champion, securing his crown - the first Australian to do so - in 2014.
