Xavier Doney and Doney-Lawson Racing set to battle High Limit Racing in visits to Lakeside and Lucas Oil

ODESSA, Mo. (April 13, 2026) - Xavier Doney, Doney-Lawson Racing and the Schnee-Lawson Chassis House Cars are ready to get back to work, set to battle in the best in the business in a two-day sweep through Kansas and Missouri on Friday and Saturday, April 17-18. Doney, a podium finisher in the 2025 POWRi national standings, will bump elbows with High Limit Racing in the two-day venture, igniting at Lakeside Speedway in Kansas City on Friday before visiting the “Diamond of Dirt Tracks” - Lucas Oil Speedway - in Wheatland, Missouri, on Saturday.
Doney, powered by Kat Excavation, Pella Building Systems-Mini Storage Specialists, Schnee-Lawson Chassis, Motor Haven, Five Star Bodies, Stanton Racing Engines, CALI Floors, Wilwood Disc Brakes, DMI, Schaeffer’s Oil, Outlaw Wings, Schoenfeld Headers, Smith Titanium, and Design Source Flooring, is certainly no stranger to High Limit, nor the facilities on deck. In fact, the Odessa, Missouri, native is a former winner at Lucas Oil Speedway, earning his first-ever 410 triumph at the premier facility in 2024.
Natalie Doney, Xavier’s youngster sister and teammate at Doney-Lawson Racing and Schnee-Lawson Chassis House Cars, will not compete in the coming weekend’s outing. Miss Doney will resume her duties at Big O Speedway in Texas the following weekend - a pair sanctioned by POWRi.
ON DECK:
Doney-Lawson Racing and the Schnee-Lawson Chassis House Cars will continue their 2026 season by joining High Limit Racing in a Kansas and Missouri doubleheader. Action will commence Friday, April 17, at Lakeside Speedway in Kansas City, Kansas, followed by a trip to Lucas Oil Speedway in Wheatland, Missouri, on Saturday, April 18.
